A real estate website designed to simplify property search and make listing management more efficient.
The problem
Fine Living Immobiliare needed a digital presence that could present its properties, services, and agency identity more clearly. The main operational issue was duplicate data entry: listings were already managed on Idealista but also had to be manually recreated on the website, wasting time and increasing the risk of outdated information.
What we built
We designed and developed a clear, responsive, search-focused real estate website. The experience puts properties first, with filters and navigation paths designed to help visitors find homes in Pesaro and the other areas served by the agency. The Idealista API integration synchronises the agency’s published listings. Sabrina can continue managing properties through the platform she uses every day, while the website displays them automatically without requiring a second publishing workflow in a separate CMS.
How it went
A modern owned channel that strengthens the agency’s credibility, improves property discovery, and reduces the operational work required to keep listings up to date.
In short
Fine Living Immobiliare is a Pesaro-based real estate agency founded by Sabrina Bartolomei, combining technical expertise, local knowledge, and close attention to people’s needs. The new website was created to translate that approach into a more accessible, trustworthy, and useful digital experience for both buyers and sellers. The project combines the agency’s editorial presence with a property-search platform. Listings sit at the centre of the experience: visitors can explore recent properties, begin their search by area, and quickly access the key information for each listing. Operationally, the Idealista integration removes duplicate publishing work. Properties are published and updated through the system the agency already uses, turning the website into a coherent extension of its everyday workflow rather than another channel that requires manual maintenance.
Highlights
What we learned
The lesson came from v1: we hadn't integrated Idealista from day one, so every property had to be entered twice — on Idealista and in the site's own CMS. v2 fixed this by connecting the two platforms via API, but it's a mistake that only exists because we didn't think of it from day one: figure out upfront where the client already publishes their content, and integrate with that instead of adding a second system to feed by hand.
